As a Transportation Representative, Executive Customer Relations, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries from leaders and resolving contacts received through escalation channels
- Communicating effectively and professionally with Customer Service (CS) and non-CS departments
- Conducting detailed root cause analysis to identify systemic and quality concerns contributing to poor customer experiences
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive process or technology changes that improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the IN Network to develop proactive rescue mechanisms and solutions
- Identifying and measuring root causes of customer experience failures and presenting findings to stakeholders

As a Transportation Representative, Executive Customer Relations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on customer satisfaction. Your day will be filled with:
