Role Summary
We’re looking for a highly execution-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own end-to-end campaign strategy and lifecycle execution across Email, Push, and In-App channels.
This role will own the end-to-end campaign process from ideation and setup to execution, tracking, and performance optimization to drive user growth and monetization.
You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, product, and marketing - combining strategy with deep hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end campaign promotion timelines

Advanced user segmentation strategy

Channel frequency planning

Copy creation & messaging optimization

Experiment design (A/B testing & iteration loops)

Creative briefs for design teams

Landing page setup & optimization

Paywall pricing setup

Deeplink generation (Appsflyer + documentation)

Performance reporting & dashboard ownership (Amplitude / Looker)

Must-Have Tools & Technical Skills
Experience with Braze (preferred) or comparable CRM platforms such as MoEngage or CleverTap.

Appsflyer (deeplink generation & tracking)

Amplitude (behavioral analytics)

Looker (dashboarding & reporting)

App Store & Google Play Console (paywall pricing setup)

What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Growth / Lifecycle / CRM marketing

Background in fast-paced startup or consumer tech environments

Strong experimentation mindset

Comfortable owning both strategy and execution

Deep understanding of monetization & paywall optimization

Data-driven and highly analytical

Able to operate independently with high ownership
