Position Details
We are currently adding new team members to our growing remote support division and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Experience Coordination Assistants. In this role, you'll help clients through various stages of the travel planning process by organizing trip details, assisting with reservation management, and providing reliable support to help create a smooth overall experience.
This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and handling multiple moving pieces in a flexible work-from-home setting. Training, onboarding, and continued guidance are available for all team members, including those without prior travel industry experience.
Main Duties
Assist clients with vacation planning requests and travel-related questions
Help coordinate hotels, transportation, cruises, tours, excursions, and other travel services
Review travel availability and pricing through approved booking and supplier platforms
Organize reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information
Provide professional communication through email, phone, and online messaging systems
Support schedule revisions, booking updates, and client follow-up needs
Maintain organized client profiles and accurate documentation within company systems
Keep up with destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel information
Attend virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and development meetings
Ideal Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with basic computer systems, email, and online applications
Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Interest in hospitality, travel coordination, client support, or administrative work
Must be at least 18 years of age
