Federal Healthcare Engagement Consultant

This individual will partner closely with internal leadership, client stakeholders, delivery organizations, and third-party vendors to ensure successful outcomes across strategic healthcare transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Lead complex federal healthcare technology programs through all phases of delivery, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and organizational objectives
Drive program governance, operational oversight, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
Partner closely with federal clients, Oracle Health leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and operational excellence
Build strong trusted-advisor relationships with executive stakeholders while influencing strategic program direction and delivery outcomes
Proactively identify, assess, manage, and communicate program risks, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation strategies
Optimize program financial performance and resource utilization while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery execution
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partner organizations operating across complex delivery environments
Ensure adherence to federal contracting requirements, compliance standards, governance protocols, and program management best practices
Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for expansion, operational improvement, and client partnership development
Drive accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across matrixed organizations and geographically distributed teams
Mentor and guide project managers, team members, and emerging leaders while fostering a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement
