Job Summary
The Customer Integration Analyst II supports billing operations by identifying and resolving issues tied to list billing data feeds. This role uses critical thinking and system expertise to investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and partner with Customer Integration teams to implement solutions. You’ll contribute to projects of varying size, validate system changes, and help improve processes to prevent recurring data issues. The role also involves working across systems to ensure accurate billing and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies caused by data feed issues
Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve data quality
Collaborate with Customer Integration to resolve complex billing issues
Support projects by providing system expertise and validating solutions
Analyze billing feeds and identify risks or inconsistencies impacting billing accuracy
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in systems administration, data integrations, or customer‑facing project management.
Experience analyzing and resolving billing, data feed, or system discrepancies
Working knowledge of billing systems such as GroupFacts, EBA, Group Access, or AdminEASE
Experience performing root cause analysis and validating system or process changes
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and organize large data sets
Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
Effective communication skills for explaining moderately complex issues
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer-impacting issues
Knowledge of policy provisions and EBA error handling
Experience supporting group insurance or list billing environments

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$66,000.00 - $96,250.00
