Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential freelance candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases. • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client requirements. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information. • Support the team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with both candidates and clients. • Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for frequently requested freelance roles. • Learn and apply effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified freelance professionals. • Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles and presentations for client review. • Provide support in administrative tasks related to the recruitment cycle, ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics in India, particularly within the freelancing sector.
