Job Description
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital initiatives across web, platform, and customer-facing experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in Agile environments, and skilled at translating strategy into execution across cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from intake and planning through launch and post‑launch optimization

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation

Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Digital Product Management, UX/UI, IT, Business, and Operations teams to align on goals and delivery approach

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives (as applicable)

Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors

Stakeholder Management & Communication
Translate business requirements into clear project plans and execution roadmaps

Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level communications

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and trade‑offs

Governance & Process
Ensure adherence to digital delivery standards, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and governance frameworks

Support intake, prioritization, and dependency management across concurrent initiatives

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools

Quality & Outcomes
Partner with teams to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and user‑experience requirements

Coordinate UAT, launch readiness, and go‑live activities

Measure delivery outcomes and capture lessons learned for future initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of experience managing digital projects (web, platform, eCommerce, or customer experience)

Proven experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Life Sciences or adjacent regulated industries

Experience working alongside Product Managers in a product‑centric operating model

Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS, eCommerce, analytics, or marketing technologies

PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification

Experience working in a global or matrixed organization

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $139,440.00 - $261,450.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
