Executive/Marketing Assistant
Fair & Co CPAs is a growing accounting and advisory firm. We operate on a model built around proactive planning, strong technology, and high-level client service.
We’re hiring a part-time remote assistant to support the managing partner across three areas: executive administration, sales support, and marketing execution. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role. You’ll work directly with the managing partner.
We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) - everyone on our team has clear roles, clear priorities, and accountability. If you thrive in a structured, results-oriented environment, you'll fit right in.
Hours: 15–20 per week, flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Support
Calendar — scheduling, protecting focus time, and coordinating
Inbox triage and responses
Prepare meeting briefs before prospect and other calls
Track recurring tasks and deadlines
Sales Support
CRM management - keeping records current and accurate
Draft proposals
Follow up on outstanding proposals
Deal management
Prepare materials and background for prospect calls
Draft and manage email follow-up sequences for prospects
Marketing
Manage and maintain a content calendar
Draft and schedule content across social and email channels
Coordinate client review request outreach
Track basic performance metrics and flag what’s working
General
Light project coordination - tracking action items and keeping things moving
New client onboarding coordination - sending intake materials and tracking completion
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel (required)
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Strong writing skills - able to draft client emails and social content without heavy editing
Self-directed
Comfortable working in a professional services environment
Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
