The opportunity

The position is for a team within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The candidate will be supporting various BMC teams to support EY leaders on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance their presence on the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's dynamics, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving engagement and awareness on LinkedIn. The candidate will be working with the global social media teams and should be aware of the cross-cultural sensitivities.

Your key responsibilities

Connect with internal stakeholder to understand business requirements and suggest appropriate solutions

Work with business teams to understand their business and objectives to ensure the questions are answered effectively, and to their satisfaction

Develop tailored influencer strategies for LinkedIn aligned with brand goals

Drive engaging content creation with EY leaders, maintaining EY’s brand voice

Monitor and analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to establish them as thought leaders

Convert data into actionable insights and use story boarding techniques to create reports on PowerPoint.

Come to clear conclusions, implications, and recommendations on the way forward.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of the program and ensure project timelines are met.

Up-to-date understanding of content trends of all the major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times

Cross functional collaboration to align social media strategies with broader business goals.

Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams based on social media trends and insights

Skills and attributes for success

7-9 years’ experience in the B2B marketing

Proven experience in LinkedIn strategies for influencers

Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts information into clear concise presentations

Ability to work independently and flexibly

Attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding written and oral communications

Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Team management skills, ability to effectively lead, manage a project team

Knowledge about social and digital media research & analytics

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience of social media tools listening and management tools

To qualify for the role, you must have

A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently

Ability to understand results and deliver improved social media insights

Support and collaborate on projects, being willing to try and test new features.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Previous exposure to tools like Sprinklr

Project management experience

Technologies and Tools

Experience with social media tools and social media platforms

MS Office — Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Tracking social media insights through dashboards like Sprinklr, Facebook insights, Twitter insights, LinkedIn insights, etc

What we look for

Proven passion and extensive knowledge of social media

Ability to think critically, analyze information, and make actionable recommendations

Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment

Understand, support, implement, and adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines

Working in international and diverse, cross-cultural environments

Team management experience for managing teams both in-person and remote

Experience working from remote locations, multiple teams
