About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Customer Care Specialist to assist clients with travel-related support and coordination throughout the planning process. This role is centered around providing responsive service, maintaining organized travel details, and helping create a smooth client experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
Support clients with travel inquiries, reservation details, and itinerary updates
Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities
Communicate professionally with clients through email, messaging, and phone support
Review travel information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with schedule changes, updates, and general travel support needs
Maintain organized documentation and client records
Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in hospitality, customer support, administrative work, or travel services is beneficial
