Vacation Client Support Advisor
Position Overview
We're expanding our remote client services team and currently seeking dependable, people-focused individuals to join us as Vacation Client Support Advisors. In this role, you'll assist travelers by helping coordinate vacation plans, tracking important booking details, and providing ongoing support to help ensure a seamless planning experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through travel planning steps based on their interests, schedules, and budgets
Assist with coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
Research travel options and availability using approved supplier and reservation systems
Share timely updates related to itineraries, confirmations, and upcoming trip details
Respond to client questions through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Support itinerary changes, special requests, and follow-up communication as needed
Maintain organized records and accurate client documentation within internal systems
Attend virtual onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing training opportunities
