We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow Yuno's footprint across LATAM. This is a front-line commercial role — you will be the first point of contact for companies that could transform the way they handle payments, and your work will directly feed the pipeline that fuels our expansion.

This role is built for someone at the start of their commercial career who does not want to wait years to make an impact. You will learn fast, work alongside experienced sales and product professionals, and develop a deep understanding of the payments industry from the inside. Ambition matters here. We are not looking for someone to fill a quota — we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to understand customers, solve their problems, and grow into a top commercial operator.

You will prospect, engage, and qualify leads across multiple channels, working in close collaboration with the broader Sales and Product teams. That collaborative instinct — sharing what you learn, flagging what you see in the market, staying aligned with your teammates — is what separates good SDRs from great ones at Yuno. Your contribution will be

Identify and research potential clients through multiple channels, including industry events, online platforms, and referrals

Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, uncovering their needs and aligning Yuno's solutions to their pain points

Present Yuno's payment solutions clearly and compellingly, handling objections with confidence

Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to tailor solutions to specific client requirements

Execute sales strategies consistently, managing your pipeline to meet and exceed targets

Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring full visibility across the team

Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity to spot opportunities for differentiation

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent English (mandatory — written and verbal)

Recent graduate or in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Genuine passion for sales and a natural ability to build relationships

Results-driven mindset with a clear drive to hit and surpass targets

Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus

Familiarity with CRM and sales tools — particularly Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce — is a plus
