We are seeking a Retention Coordinator who will work with other members of our retention team on email marketing, loyalty, and referral programs for our eCommerce clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Top of Funnel Sales Growth

Research target accounts, competitors, and market segments to identify new opportunities

Build and maintain prospect lists aligned to ICP and campaign goals

Execute outbound email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and QA

Monitor campaign performance and report on results (open rates, replies, meetings booked)

Continuously improve targeting and messaging based on performance data

Content and Messaging Support

Help draft and refine outbound messaging and sequences

Work with the sales team to align campaigns with broader initiatives

Event Planning and Execution

Maintain event calendar with regular summaries for the executive team

Prep sales and leadership for events

Source venues and coordinate logistics for hosted and sponsored events

Work with partners and internal stakeholders to align on event goals and participation

Set up and manage event landing pages and registration flows

Support on-the-ground execution and follow-up

Ensure all leads are captured

Partner Operations

Maintain partner dashboard and reporting

Including partner tiering, calendar and executive summaries

Prepare and send bi-monthly partner newsletter

Keep the partner relationship map up to date, including key contacts and status

Track and support execution against Tier 1 partner plans and commitments

Register leads with partners and ensure proper attribution and follow-up

Tooling and Systems

Evaluate and suggest improvements to sales tools and workflow

Pipeline Contribution

Contribution to new pipeline through outbound and events

High-quality prospect targeting aligned to ICP

Outbound Execution

Campaigns are launched with performance tracked

Optimizations are made to targeting and messaging based on results

Event Execution

Events are planned and executed smoothly

Follow-up process is executed after each event

Leads are captured

Partner Operations

Partner calendar and relationship map are up to date

Tier 1 partner commitments are tracked and moving forward

Leads are registered with partners accurately and timely

Partner newsletter goes out consistently

Operational Discipline

Leadership has clear visibility into activity and performance of above items

Tasks and follow-ups are completed without needing reminders
