About the Position

The Partnership Specialist is a relationship-focused role responsible for supporting the success and growth of The Princeton Review’s school and community partnerships. This individual will build strong relationships with partner schools, students, parents, and educational stakeholders while helping execute engagement initiatives that drive awareness, participation, and enrollment in The Princeton Review’s programs and services.

This role is designed for a highly organized and energetic professional who thrives in relationship-building environments, enjoys public-facing engagement, and is passionate about supporting students and educational communities. The Partnerships Specialist will collaborate closely with Partnership Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality partnership experiences while supporting ongoing growth and retention efforts within established partner schools and organizations.

What You'll Do

Partnership Management & Relationship Building

Serve as the day-to-day contact for partner schools and organizations while delivering outstanding client service and promoting The Princeton Review brand

Develop and strengthen relationships with school counselors, administrators, faculty, parents, and families to support partnership growth and increase event participation and enrollment opportunities

Assist Partnership Managers with onboarding new partnerships, including coordination and communication related to partnership programming, initiatives, and ongoing account support

Support prospective students and families through follow-up communication and partnership outreach efforts

Events, Outreach & Engagement

Coordinate and conduct partnership activities, including in-person and virtual presentations, tabling events, and community engagement initiatives

Represent The Princeton Review professionally as a brand ambassador at school and community events

Deliver dynamic presentations to students, parents, faculty, and educational stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings

Help maximize engagement opportunities within established partner schools and communities

Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Track activities accurately and consistently using internal systems and reporting tools

Partner with Enrollment, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience across the full lifecycle

Support logistics and student coordination for on-campus programs and partnership initiatives

Share insights, observations, and feedback from partner interactions to help improve engagement strategies and partnership experiences

Market Awareness & Strategy Support

Stay informed on educational trends, competitive activity, and partnership opportunities within assigned markets

Review partnership and event performance data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion

Support the development of strategies that respond to market dynamics and strengthen brand visibility within target schools and communities

Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

You have a Bachelor’s Degree

You have at least one year of experience in sales, customer relationship management, partnership development, or client-facing work

You have strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

You are enthusiastic, confident, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

You are comfortable presenting to large groups both virtually and in person

You are a self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals

You are highly organized and capable of managing your time independently in a remote work environment

You operate with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and personal responsibility

You are comfortable traveling throughout your assigned region and working remotely using platforms such as Microsoft Teams

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software tools

Experience in education, test preparation, academic support, admissions, or school partnerships is preferred

Candidates located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida are preferred

Familiarity with local geography and target schools within assigned territories is a plus

The Princeton Review and Tutor.com offer a competitive salary which commensurates with experience and skills.

US Pay Range
$45,000—$52,000 USD
