The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Director to lead growth across key accounts in the UK & Ireland. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing senior customer relationships, driving new business, and protecting and growing existing enterprise accounts.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, delivering innovative value propositions, and leading cross-functional teams to accelerate business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Lead business development across Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, identifying and winning new opportunities

Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business

Own retention and renewal strategies, maximising customer lifetime value

Customer Engagement
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders

Understand customer business goals and design tailored, value-based solutions

Position Abbott as a trusted strategic partner

Commercial Excellence
Develop and execute account plans and sales forecasts

Deliver profitable growth, meeting revenue and margin targets

Adapt and align value propositions to customer needs, market dynamics, and company strategy

Team Leadership
Lead and coach high-performing teams (Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives and Technical Specialists)

Foster collaboration across functions to deliver integrated solutions

What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise
Significant commercial leadership experience

Proven success in complex, value-based solution selling at executive level

Strong track record of building and growing strategic accounts

Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

Skills & Capabilities
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Ability to translate customer needs into compelling solutions

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Industry Knowledge
Understanding of hospital systems, healthcare IT, or diagnostics

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
