• *Job Summary**

The Experienced Full Stack AOG Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and procuring airplane and motor parts for careerzynith's fleet of aircraft. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with careerzynith's policies and procedures.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source and procure airplane and motor parts for careerzynith's fleet of aircraft, including AOGs, DMIs, Planned Maintenance events, Designing Requests, and other related activities
• Analyze and evaluate vendor proposals and quotes to ensure that the best value is obtained for careerzynith
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating prices and terms
• Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with careerzynith's policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor performance and contract management
• Collaborate with other departments, including Maintenance and Designing, to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and coaching to other team members as needed

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, including experience with sourcing and procurement of airplane and motor parts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures, including contract management and vendor performance evaluation

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, including experience with sourcing and procurement of airplane and motor parts
• Certification in procurement or a related field, such as CPM or CSCP
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP or Oracle
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Tableau
