As a Customer Service/Dispatch Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also working as a dispatcher to gather and provide information to customers and vendors. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Work as a dispatcher to gather and provide information to customers and vendors
  • Follow a script to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Use strong computer and web knowledge to navigate our systems and tools
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently using our dispatch software
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Available to work weekends and all holidays
  • Must have all necessary equipment (laptop, dual monitors, headset, etc.) prior to start date
  • High-speed internet capabilities (careerzynith does not supply equipment)
  • Strong computer and web knowledge
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and excellent customer service skills

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of our industry and products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
