  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Field Administration Support Designer to join our Business Program Supervisory group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating, focusing, and reporting on numerous O&M (Operations and Maintenance) projects of different sizes and complexities across careerzynith Energy's Business Destinations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, finance, planning, and IT (Data Innovation) groups, to develop processes, increase productivity, and present careerzynith Energy's activities to a higher level.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Collaborate with EHS&S (Environment, Health, Safety, and Security) group on security requirements for working on careerzynith's Equilibrium of Plant gear
  • Communicate and lead project requirements, status, and results to various stakeholders. As project lead, report project approach, timelines, achievements, and expectations and present to heads of the support association
  • Freely handle multiple projects simultaneously, fulfilling targets and time constraints. Identify further interior interaction improvement areas to enhance fleet performance and functionality
  • Identify underlying drivers to complex maintenance challenges. Develop solutions for complex issues and be able to present relevant information to a non-technical audience
  • Provide support to FSTs (field administration specialists) for proper operation of careerzynith's Equilibrium of gear for closure and startup. Assist FSTs on proper confirmation of hardware de-energized and Electrical Safety checks
  • On-site support for complex positions that require expert knowledge on investigation and repair. Gather input from Field Administration group on issues and cycles that require enhancements
  • Develop Field Administration MV (Maintenance and Validation) training, documentation, and product information datasets. Provide MV training and certification to specialists and electrical technicians in the field
  • *What You'll Bring**
  • 2+ years of experience working on careerzynith's Equilibrium of Plant gear
  • Broad knowledge of Electrical Safety, NFPA 70e, and OSHA. Including Arc Flash Requirements and PPE
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time
  • Ability to pass a pre-work criminal screen successfully. Additional pre-employment driving and medication screens may be required based on job obligations
