- *About the Role**
As a Data Entry Clerk and Research Participant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Completing online surveys and focus groups to provide valuable insights and feedback
- Participating in product testing and research trials to help shape the future of our products and services
- Engaging in micro tasks and data entry activities to support our research and development efforts
- Collaborating with our team to identify and address areas for improvement
- Providing feedback and suggestions to help us refine our processes and procedures
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in online surveys, focus groups, and product testing to provide valuable insights and feedback
- Complete data entry tasks and micro activities to support research and development efforts
- Engage with our team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and suggestions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- *Requirements**
- Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to use webcam and smartphone for studies (may be required)
- *Pay and Benefits**
- Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
