- *Job Responsibilities:**
As a Workforce Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining accurate workforce capacity planning models to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient resource allocation
- Analyzing financial forecasts and creating operational forecasts to produce effective projections of inputs and capacity requirements
- Identifying trends and variances in input variables affecting the forecast and staff planning, and making recommendations to ensure accurate planning
- Collaborating with call center leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and planning risks, and developing effective capacity plans to meet demands
- Driving model improvements to maximize statistical confidence and operational accuracy, and supporting the flexibility and effectiveness of supporting models
- Providing business analytics and data gathering to support detailed modeling of Capacity Planning and metrics statistically confident projections
- Interfacing with stakeholders to communicate planning strategies and recommendations, and ensuring effective implementation of capacity plans
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in related sales and operations planning, with a strong background in data analytics and dynamic workforce management
- Proven experience in developing workforce capacity planning models and analyzing financial forecasts to create operational forecasts
- Broad end-to-end supply chain and operations process knowledge, with a focus on workforce management and customer care
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a call center or customer care environment, with a focus on workforce management and capacity planning
- Knowledge of workforce management software and systems, such as Workforce Management (WFM) and Call Center Management (CCM)
- Certification in a related field, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
