• *Job Description:**

As an Experienced Full Stack Automation Controls Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Direction and Planning:** Plan and direct work activities for the Automation Controls Specialists/Leads to achieve objectives and goals of the North America Client Satisfaction groups.
• **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with building Activities, Tasks Designing, FC Start up Group, Rearward Programming groups, Pros group, and Security in supporting MHE frameworks enhancement and project execution.
• **Technical Expertise:** Understand, maintain, and investigate material handling control systems, including PLC/PC regulators and modern organizations, such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, engine control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.
• **Troubleshooting and Support:** Provide first-level escalation support for the Automation Controls Specialists/Leads, during and after business hours, investigating locally and remotely and fix all equipment or controls programming systems within the facility.
• **Guidance and Mentorship:** Guide Automation Controls Professionals (CST) and Automation Controls Leads (CSL) within your assigned building.
• **Process Improvement:** Work with Disappointment Investigation and Episode Survey cycles and carry out process enhancements or retraining to prevent future occurrences.
• **Technical Leadership:** Apply technical expertise in material handling and electronic systems to expand building usage of systems.
• **Facilities Management:** Perform, Use, and provide analysis building Framework Evaluations to assess material handling system performance.
• **Collaboration and Communication:** Work with other building Task administration, equipment sellers, and parts providers to plan and organize new technology installations. Serve as the technical advisor for capital projects within the building.
• **Leadership and Guidance:** Use building network support assets for direction and help, and provide support to peers, as needed.
• **Communication and Reporting:** Convey technical issues and project timelines with building authority, activities, and the support group. Explain production impacts.
• **Training and Development:** Help with skill assessments for the Technical situations within building activity maintenance groups.
• **Adaptability and Flexibility:** Handle adaptable responsibility which may come from management or other tasks.
• **Participation in AE Calls:** Participate in AE telephone calls and direction with AE focal group to complete all responsibilities required.

• *Essential Capabilities:**

• **Education:** Four-year degree or +2 years of careerzynith Blue Identification/FTE experience
• **Adaptability:** Ability to work adaptable timetables/shifts/regions, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• *Preferred Capabilities:**

• **Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge:** Experience with electrical theory, Mechanical engineering, Controls components, automated equipment
• **HMI and Control Network Experience:** Experience recognizing, maintaining, investigating, programming, and planning HMI and control network components
• **Engine Control Experience:** Experience recognizing, maintaining, investigating, and changing Engine Controls including engine starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components
• **Modern Electrical Knowledge:** Modern electrical involved insight and investigating, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems
• **Drawing and Design Experience:** Experience deciphering, altering, and creating mechanical and electrical drawings
• **SCADA Experience:** Experience recognizing, maintaining, and using SCADA systems and KPIs
• **Programming Experience:** Knowledge of programming, such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and different controls programming stages
• **Advanced Mechanics Experience:** Experience with Advanced mechanics work cells and its control systems
• **Leadership and Collaboration:** Ability to lead others in a technical role and collaborate with all levels of management.
