Experienced Full Stack Account Director – Enterprise AI Solutions and Strategic Partnerships

Our team is comprised of sales, solutions, support, marketing, and partnership professionals who work together to create innovative solutions that drive business value.
- *About the Role**
As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading our enterprise prospects through the sales cycle, from initial engagement to closure. You'll partner with our solutions engineering and customer success teams to develop and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots. Your expertise in AI and sales will enable you to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead enterprise prospects through the sales cycle, from consideration to purchase
- Partner with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to build and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots
- Forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis
- Monitor the industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies
- Collaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new teammates
- Support the development of company culture
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 6+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Ability to lead high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, distill, and process complex market intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and professionals across functions

- Experience in the AI industry, with a deep understanding of AI applications and use cases
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to think and plan forward on the order of years
- Experience in partnership development and management
- Ability to experiment with new solutions and approaches to complex problems
