- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Accounting Division by performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls
- Managing all new employee records, terminations, salary increases, and benefits
- Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy
- Resolving issues and discrepancies
- Providing exceptional customer service to our employees and stakeholders
- Preparing manual checks as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
- A strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred
- The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
