As an Experienced Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. - *Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience

- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage your time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment and adapt to changing schedules

- 6 months of documented BPO experience
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
