• *Key Responsibilities:**

As an Entry-Level Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Mastering effective communication skills to engage with customers, both internally and externally
• Understanding the goals and purpose of the Federal Lifeline Program and how it benefits our customers
• Developing and implementing community outreach tactics to connect with and support individuals and families in need
• Enrolling customers in the program and providing them with the tools they need to succeed
• Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to customers who may require additional support
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience working in a people-centric organization
