As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the face of careerzynith, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior representatives
- Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and deliver personalized solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and adhering to regulatory requirements
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, skills, and performance

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously

- Ability to work from home, with reliable high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
- Availability to work a standard schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
- Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, with a strong understanding of benefits, eligibility, and services
