- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients. You will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, communicating effectively with internal and external customers, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from home, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer patient phone calls, resolving issues in one phone call
- Open ARR inquiries as needed and return phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call
- Report collection agency payments right away
- Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes
- Document every phone call
- Accept and perform other work as assigned by Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager, or Executive Team

This job works in a home office environment using standard office equipment, including a computer and phone. Employees are required to show proof of home or renters' insurance when working remotely.

- *Required Education and Experience**
- High School education or associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school
- Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service
- *Preferred Education and Experience**
- Experience in the medical billing field
- Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Computer software programs in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately
