Unbound Academy operates as a virtual, tuition-free public charter school offering students an alternative educational framework. Core academics are completed efficiently in a concentrated time block with AI-enhanced support, allowing students to dedicate the remainder of their day to hands-on projects and skill-building enrichment. Your responsibility is to serve as the primary, impactful contact for families considering this path.

Throughout the week, you will promptly respond to incoming inquiries, walk families through each stage of the admissions journey, and guide them from curiosity to completed enrollment. You will also attend and represent Unbound Academy at community events to attract prospective families and increase local visibility. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while maintaining readiness for the next recruitment cycle.

What You Will Be Doing
• Reaching out to fresh inbound leads within 24 hours and starting the admissions dialogue via phone
• Describing Unbound Academy's virtual structure and the enrollment process using straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining steady follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application and into enrollment
• Recording every interaction in a CRM with detailed notes, defined next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and gather new leads

What You Won’t Be Doing
• Allowing new inquiries to sit unattended while managing administrative tasks
• Relying on scripted messaging or functioning as a high-volume call center operator
• Showing up to events without actively engaging, presenting, or capturing leads
• Devoting most of your time to back-end administrative duties during periods of high enrollment activity

• Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Background working with children or families (examples include schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
• At ease making regular phone calls and walking families through processes with multiple steps
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the capacity to establish trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management tools

Nice-to-have Requirements
• Prior experience in admissions, enrollment coordination, inside sales, or lead qualification
• Background organizing or delivering presentations at community outreach events or programs
• Academic coursework or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline
