- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
