• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Organizer to join our dynamic team at careerzynith. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales planning and execution, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Business Organizer, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated book of business, handling the RFP cycle from proposal to contract execution, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve client needs and meet/exceed internal objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to execute bundling and pricing strategies, as defined by Revenue Management ratecards and rules
• Manage daily support of dynamic deals and assemble media plans for Forthright and Dissipate sales
• Maintain the pipeline in collaboration with your Outreach team
• Execute budget corrections, including gradual spend, improvements, makegoods, and abrogations
• Provide record and planning topic expertise on advertisers' specific preferences
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve client needs and meet/exceed internal objectives
• Analyze campaign delivery and allocate make-good stock
• Collaborate intimately with Record Management to execute campaigns, augment delivery against contracted objectives, and address client reporting needs
• Discuss directly with office contacts to address RFP expectations and impromptu demands
• Manage needs independently and successfully across multiple internal partners and books of business

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• 2+ years of professional experience; media sales planning and/or purchasing experience highly preferred
• A passion to work in a collaborative Promotion Outreach group environment
• A positive attitude and approach while handling daily tasks
• A capacity to really issue settle and perform multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and powerful organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Embodies an eager-to-learn mentality with a drive to take on new responsibilities
• Experience working across Microsoft Suite, with capability in Excel and PowerPoint required
• Capability in media math and terminology is beneficial
• Knowledge of sales frameworks

• Experience working in a similar role at a media sales company
• Familiarity with media planning and buying processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
