Job Description
careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between careerzynith and the fund business or transfer representatives.
- Handle Corporate Activity Events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity.
- Perform research on complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation improvements, and provider modifications.
- Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account.
- Communicate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce.
- Work with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other outside business partners.
Tasks Analysis
- Customer review of membership deals or transactions requests
- Client/Advisor level exceptions
- Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
- Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
- Evaluation and analysis of applicable income tax code and corrections of income tax coding
Trouble Resolving
- Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
- Origin of breaks between careerzynith, the Fund, etc.
- Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
- Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
- Customer or Organization Companion Service
- Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
- Providing act on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
- Well-timed and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial industry or a related field
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
