As an careerzynith Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing world-class support to our customers via phone, email, or fax. You'll be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing sales productivity, and contributing to the overall optimization of our customer service.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Customer Support**: Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • **Data Entry**: Accurately input customer and prospect information into our CRM database, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
  • **Order Management**: Maintain an order batch, tracking the life of an order from processing to follow-up, if required.
  • **Follow-up and Verification**: Follow up on pending payments and process payments, verifying customer information and order details to ensure accuracy.
  • **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Work effectively with our team to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and improve our customer service processes.

  • **Education**: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • **Communication and Organizational Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish a plus.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service, email, and telephone etiquette.
  • **Technical Skills**: Computer literate with data entry skills, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to navigate multiple programs and customer care service tools.
  • **Previous Knowledge**: Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus.
