As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items
- Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage
- Handling customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism
- Performing other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
- *Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:
- Must be a local (in-state) resident
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid In-State Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
- Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
