- *Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of account information in our client system
- Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
- Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals
- *Key Results Areas**
- Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time
- Achieve Quality Assurance goals
- Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)
- *Qualifications**
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and able to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with outside parties
- High levels of professionalism and a strong focus on exemplary shift attendance
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and ability to learn software applications
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- *Technical Requirements**
For Remote Positions:
- Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
- Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
- Camera requirements – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
- *Training and Development**
- Paid training program starting on Monday, July 21, 2025
- Training hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
- Following training, hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 10am - 8pm EST; Saturday, 9am - 5pm EST
- *Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.50/hour
