As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

To succeed as a Customer Service Expert at careerzynith, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
