As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in assisting our plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
