We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Data Platform Development team. This individual will design and develop highly automated, low-latency core datasets that will enable data architects and end-users across careerzynith to work with insightful data at scale.

• *Job Summary:**

As a Full Stack Data Engineer at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth by designing and developing cutting-edge data platforms. You will work closely with our data architects and engineers to build scalable, high-performance data systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop highly automated, low-latency core datasets that enable data architects and end-users to work with insightful data at scale
• Build and maintain streaming pipelines for real-time data processing and analytics
• Model and store data at extremely high volumes for our data lakehouse
• Improve data engineer efficiency and self-serve capabilities by contributing to our stream data processing framework(s)
• Own the data engineering framework as-code for provisioning services that enable our engineers to deliver mature software systems within hours
• Develop and maintain elite cycles that enable our systems to scale
• Coach and mentor other back-end engineers in the team to help them grow and develop
• Build and contribute to AWS high-scale distributed systems at the back-end

• *We're Looking for Someone Who:**

• Can work collaboratively with the team in-person for 14 days per quarter, with the option to travel to the team's base if necessary
• Has experience with Python, Scala, or Java
• Has experience designing database schema and writing SQL queries
• Has experience building and standing up APIs and services
• Has experience with system design and building internal tools
• Has experience handling applications that work with data from data lakes
• Has at least some experience building internal Admin portals
• Has great knowledge of and at least some experience with AWS (or has deep expertise in Azure or GCE and will learn AWS quickly)
• Can proficiently choose an open-source or third-party tool to achieve their goals or devise a quick and simple solution on their own
