We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Project-Based Customer Service – Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a vital role in supporting US-based customers with their prescription benefits questions and concerns. - *Responsibilities:**
As a Project-Based Customer Service – Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from US customers and addressing their questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
- Providing information about their insurance coverage, what is included in their benefit plan, addressing copays, and assisting with coverage determination
- Handling prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking
- Educating customers on online self-service for updates and helping troubleshoot these self-services
- Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Adapting to learn new call types when business needs change and flexing support in those areas
- *Work at Home Requirements:**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 mbps download speed (No Satellite, Wi-Fi, or Cellular/Wireless carrier hotspot or internet services)
- A hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for (careerzynith will ship you company equipment such as the PC, mouse, keyboard, etc. to use on your network)
- A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions
- A USB Wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- *Additional Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma/GED
- Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Possess a customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
- Demonstrate a professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Be willing to submit a drug test and background check
