- *The Role**
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through these channels. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with existing customers (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Participate in daily communication tasks and management activities (30 minutes/day)
- *Requirements**
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- 100% confidence in your English skills
