Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote/hybrid role. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. Key Responsibilities


  • Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.

  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.

  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.

  • Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.

  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.

Essential Qualifications


  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home.

  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.

  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.

  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
