As a Chat Operator at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably.
• Turning conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their businesses.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• **Residency**: Must live within the state of Kansas.
• **Computer equipment**: Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
• **Computer specifications**: Must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher).
• **Quiet workspace**: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• **Training attendance**: Must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
• **Typing speed**: Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• **Gaming experience**: Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
