- *The Role**
As a Customer Engagement Officer at careerzynith, you will work closely with involved customers to help improve our services and use a range of communication tools to engage effectively with wider communities and external partners. You will develop relationships with key service areas and departments to embed a customer-centric approach, supporting colleagues to effectively engage customers. Key to the role is maintaining a consistent approach to logging customer engagement across the Group in a way that can evidence impact and value.
- *Responsibilities**
- Work with involved customers to help improve our services and use a range of communication tools to engage effectively with wider communities and external partners
- Develop relationships with key service areas and departments to embed a customer-centric approach, supporting colleagues to effectively engage customers
- Maintain a consistent approach to logging customer engagement across the Group in a way that can evidence impact and value
- Work with Customer panels to carry out reviews of the effectiveness and impact of the customer engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future development
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address customer concerns and issues
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage customers and promote careerzynith services
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- *What We Are Looking For**
- Previous experience of working in a Customer or Community Engagement role
- Experience of facilitating customer engagement initiatives – including leading meetings, focus groups, and community events
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to Housing
- Experience of designing effective communication materials for customers
- An ability to communicate effectively with internal or external stakeholders
- Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will have a DBS check carried out before commencing employment
- The successful applicant will also need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to occasional need to travel to careerzynith sites
