  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and baggage handling
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
  • Perform other work-related tasks as directed by supervisors

  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Willingness to learn and understand tagging methodology, rules, and guidelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
  • Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to convey information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment
