As part of a strategic high-stakes project, it is looking for a Senior PHP Symfony Developer for a freelance or portage salarial mission. Job Description As a Senior PHP Symfony Developer, you will be involved in the design, development, and optimization of critical applications in compliance with the standards and requirements of the health sector. Your main duties include:
• Development & Architecture: Participate in the design and development of robust and scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with health sector regulatory requirements. Optimize code and improve the maintainability of applications.
• Collaboration & Technical Support: Work closely with product, DevOps, and quality teams to ensure the performance and security of applications. Conduct technology surveillance and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Profile Sought Experience imperative in the health field (interoperability of health IT systems, regulatory standards, etc.). Advanced proficiency in PHP and Symfony. Solid skills in distributed architectures and microservices. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (GCP preferred). Good knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ) and caching databases (Redis). Practice of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD. Professional English required. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a demanding environment.
