Our client is searching for a visionary and highly talented Creative Director, Digital Media, to spearhead the conceptualization and execution of groundbreaking digital content and campaigns. This fully remote position demands an exceptional leader with a proven ability to inspire creative teams, elevate brand narratives, and deliver award-winning work across a variety of digital platforms. You will be responsible for setting the creative vision, guiding the development of compelling visual and narrative content, and ensuring all creative output aligns with strategic objectives and brand identity.

Responsibilities: Define and drive the creative vision and strategy for all digital media initiatives. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals in a remote setting. Conceptualize and oversee the development of high-impact digital content, including websites, social media campaigns, video assets, interactive experiences, and more. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to translate business goals into innovative creative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related creative field. 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a significant focus on digital media and a proven track record in a remote or distributed team environment. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital platforms, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, design execution, and storytelling ability. Demonstrated experience leading and managing creative teams. Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, web design, video production, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
