Remote Podcast Producer

You’ll handle virtual recordings via Riverside and remote studio sessions, making sure every session sounds and looks broadcast-quality. You’ll keep the editorial flow strong and confidently guide hosts in real time using the outlines we provide. You’ll join us for production and team meetings, lend a hand as backup editor when we need extra support, and help with show notes and episode titles when needed.

The Job:

• Produce virtual recordings on Riverside and remote studio sessions

• Monitor and ensure quality audio and video throughout every session

• Uphold editorial flow and guide hosts in real time using provided episode outlines

• Confidently interject and produce as needed to keep sessions on track

• Attend all production meetings and team meetings as scheduled

• Serve as backup editor for audio and video content when needed

• Assist with show notes and episode titles as required

• Learn and implement Paradigm Media Group’s editing standards and workflows

Tools You’ll Use:

Riverside, Descript, Opus, Claude, ChatGPT, Google Drive, and Frame.io. Proficiency or willingness to learn is required.

Compensation:

$25/hour

Availability:

Availability is the most important part of this role. We need you fully committed to all scheduled recording sessions and production meetings, with the flexibility to prioritize Paradigm’s needs.
