- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and telemarketing to educate them about Medicare options
- Assist customers in understanding plan benefits, coverage details, and enrollment procedures with clear communication
- Negotiate plan selections tailored to individual health needs and financial situations
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-up, and updating client records accurately
- Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable Medicare plans and supplemental insurance options
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy during all interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand customer base and enhance service delivery
- Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in multiple languages is a plus for reaching diverse populations
