About the Role
We are urgently hiring an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time remote work arrangement. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, ensuring low error contact forecasts to deliver exceptional service levels. This is a high-impact role that directly impacts the bottom line of our business, requiring accurate forecasts to drive improvements in cost and quality of our customer service on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of analysts and managers to develop short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple careerzynith markets.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement forecasting strategies, processes, and tools to improve forecast accuracy and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with senior Customer Service leadership to keep them updated on drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of forecasts, reports, and analyses to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in forecasting and customer service.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools, with a strong analytical background to analyze various sources of data.
- Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner, with the ability to lead and grow high performers.
- Ability to manage team to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience.
- Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression, with a combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization.
- Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment, with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc., with a natural curiosity and desire to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
