Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Concierge

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the careerzynith Centurion Lounge in DFW Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, creating innovative solutions to customer issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.


• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, anticipating and meeting their needs and expectations.


• Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, exceeding their expectations and building brand loyalty.


• Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, consistently delivering exceptional service.


• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering personalized solutions to enhance our Card Members' travel experiences.


• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, providing expert guidance and support.


• Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.


• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, is highly desirable.


• A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, consistently exceeding their expectations.


• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction.


• The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, building trust and loyalty.


• Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, consistently representing careerzynith's values and standards.


• The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, working together to deliver exceptional service.


• Make quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.


• Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a customer environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.


• The ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to new systems and processes.


• Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient, remaining flexible and responsive to changing customer needs.


• The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring 24/7 coverage and support.
