We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, providing support to our clients and caregivers through phone and text-based communication. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving client and nurse queries, providing timely responses to queries, and confirming caregiver schedules. As a Customer Service Representative - After Hours Support, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries in a timely and effective manner
• Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
• Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
• Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
• Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services
• Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
• Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in English
• Compassionate and confident communication skills
• Responsible and reliable work ethic
• 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties
• Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
• Impeccable phone and computer skills
• Staffing and/or healthcare experience
• Experience working remotely and independently to the USA
• A quiet and professional work-from-home environment
• Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
