We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, providing support to our clients and caregivers through phone and text-based communication. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving client and nurse queries, providing timely responses to queries, and confirming caregiver schedules. - *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative - After Hours Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries in a timely and effective manner
- Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
- Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services
- Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
- Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- Compassionate and confident communication skills
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties
- Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
- Impeccable phone and computer skills
- Staffing and/or healthcare experience
- Experience working remotely and independently to the USA
- A quiet and professional work-from-home environment
- Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
